Willie Carter Sidwell's Obituary
Mr. Willie C. Sidwell was born on May 14, 1942 to the late Lester and Mamie Sidwell, He passed peacefully on Wednesday, May 12, 2021.
Willie retired from General Motors after 35 years of service. After retirement, he enjoyed the simple life of walking the trail at Arabian Mountain Park. He loved Camaros and enjoyed drag racing. It was always fun times during family reunions.
He leaves his memories to a devoted son, Terry (Mattie) Sidwell; one grand-daughter, Paris; one great grand-daughter, London; one sister, Fannie Vaughn Sidwell; four brothers, Ralph L. Sidwell, the late Richard Sidwell, Howard Sidwell and Barry Sidwell. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews and host to other relative and friends.
Willie had a great sense of humor, dedication and love for his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
