Willie George "G-Boy" Forte's Obituary
Willie George "G-Boy" Forte was born in Jasper County Georgia on August 27, 1931, to the late Niles Forte, Sr and Indiana "Ana" Byrd Forte. He was the second of seven children. He entered eternal rest on the morning of August 12, 2022. At an early age he gave his life to Christ at the Greenwood Baptist in Shadydale, GA. After relocating to Conyers, GA, he united with the Macedonia Baptist Church. He loved fishing, singing in the choir, and spending time with his family.
He was a successful entrepreneur a majority of his life. He was a Master Mason who achieved many milestones throughout his life. His success established a pedigree of work ethic within his children.
He is survived by his children: Walter Wayne Forte, Scot G. Forte (Gloria), Willie Ned Houston (Murray), Derrick Whitehead and Eric Whitehead. His siblings: Niles Forte, Jr., Ruth Forte Johnson, and Gladys Forte Wright. He leaves behind a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He leaves behind a very special friend Martha Sanders.
He was preceded in death by his wife Lillian Forte, his children, Willie Greg Forte, Raymond Forte, Sr., Bernice Forte Butler, and Calvin Forte. His siblings: Ulysses "C-Boy" Forte, Sr., Harvey "Man" Forte, and Alberta Forte Harper.
