Sylvetta Wise's Obituary
Sylvetta Plowden Wise was born to the late Sylvester Hart, and Inez Plowden July 14,1950 in Elizabeth New Jersey. Sylvetta was preceded in death by her husband Ronald Wise Sr. and her parents, two sisters Emily Tolliver and Cassandra Allen.
Sylvetta graduated from Baton High School in Elizabeth New Jersey and later earned her Associate Degree.
Sylvetta met, then married, the love of her life Robert Mickens, four beautiful and talented young men blessed this union: Hassan Mickens, Fajri Mickens, Shadid Mickens, and Salahadeen Mickens. Later on, she met and married Ronald Wise Sr.
As a career she worked for AT&T until her retirement.
In addition to her four sons, Sylvetta leaves precious memories in the heart of twenty grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and a best friend in Muneerah Salaam.
