Shirley Lean Brown's Obituary
Shirley L. Brown was born to the late Solester Bailey and Nan Ruth Bailey on April 22, 1947, in Conyers, Georgia. She passed made her transition on July 16, 2018.Shirley was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers. McKennrist Bailey(Alice) and Arthur Will Bailey (Lillie). She is survived by her brother Willie Roy Bailey (Helen).Shirley graduated from J.P. Carr High School in 1965, and was a member of New Hope Baptist Church since birth. In her late years she served as the Mother of the Church.She married her high school sweetheart, George Thomas Brown, in July 1967. To this union, three children were born. the late Thomas Fitzerald Brown, Carla Paulhill (Alfonzo) , and James Brown.Shirley is also survived by four grandchildren, two great grandsons.She also leaves to cherish her memory her mother-in-law Lilliar Lester, brother-in-law Mark Lester, and a host of friends, nieces and nephews.
