Sharon Yvonne Scott's Obituary
Sharon Yvonne Scott was born on September 30, 1946 in Wichita Fall, Texas, to Doris and John Crain. She was the first of eleven children.
She resided in San Diego, California, after graduating from high school, she later graduated from a medical program earning her CAN degree. Later Sharon retired from Emory Healthcare System as a Data Entry supervisor.
She later met her husband and to this union two sons were born.
Sharon has always enjoyed singing, music, shopping, decorating, time with grandchildren and family, she loved going to Anthony's Fish Grotto.
Sharon was a dedicated member of Pleasant Place Ministry, Riverdale, Ga. For many years where she serviced as a Sabbath Keeper under the leadership of Bishop Jerry Davis and Pastor Piper Davis.
On Monday November 12, 2018 Sharon went home to join her mother Doris Clayton, her uncle Archie Haynes, her grandparents Rev. William & Lilly Haynes Sr., her brothers Lee Crain, and Tracy Judge. She will be dearly missed and always loved.
Sharon leaves to cherish her memories a loving and devoted husband Roosevelt Scott, two sons Gerald Scott, Vernon Scott, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, seven sisters Laverne Dixon, Linda Woods, Judy(Hayvert) William, Rosalyn Walker, Lisa (Nathan)Beasley, Sue McGee, Carol Clayton, brother William Clayton, and a host of Nieces, Nephews and other relatives and friends.
