Mrs. Sevilla Jean Bigby was born in Rockdale county on December 6, 1935 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Easley
At the Young age of nineteen, Sevilla married Joseph Bigby on April 26, 1955 and to this union a precious daughter was born Christopher Elaine Bigby.
Sevilla Worked in the Rockdale county School System for several years, and later retired from Edward Middle School.
At the call of her Heavenly father, Sevilla Bigby transitioned to a place of peace on Monday April 20, 2020.
Mrs. Sevilla Bigby was preceded in death by one brother Mr. Mr. Vernon Easley, three sisters Ms. Sarah Easley, Mrs. Elnora Glover, and Mrs. Mary Dean Penn
she is survived by her daughter Mrs. Christopher E. Preston, one sister Mrs. Martha Bigby (Mr. Willie Roy Bigby) one brother Mr. Hayward Easley and one sister-in-law Mrs. Frances Easley (the late Mr. Vernon Easley) five grandchildren Mr. Chedric C. Bigby, Mr. Courtney C. Preston, Mr. Kelsey K. Bigby, Mr. Tarian T. Bigby and a devoted granddaughter Ms. Tasha T. Bigby.
We will always cherish the faith, love, compassion and smile of Sevilla Jean Bigby.
