Rosetta Gaither Banks' Obituary
Mrs. Rosetta Banks was born October 24, 1936 in Social circle, (Walton County) Georgia, to the Late Rosetta (Lane) Gibson and George A.Gibson. Rosetta and her family moved to Conyers where she attended J.P. Carr and Rockdale High School. She meet and married Mr. Charles Banks, shortly afterward he made his heavenly transition. Rosetta was one of eleven sibling, she is preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters. Rosetta gave her life to God at an early age, she was affiliated with second Shady Grove Church, later she became a member of the Jehovah Witness Kingdom Hall. She worked for several years with the Rockdale Board of Education at Edward Middle school until her retirement. Rosetta leaves to cherish her memories two sisters Mrs. Effie Ingram and Mrs. Nellie Crowder, both of Conyers, Ga. two sister-in-laws Mrs.Doris Gibson of Decatur, Ga and Mattie M. Gibson of Conyers, Ga. a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
