Roderick Lanel Brown's Obituary
Mr. Roderick L. Bown was born Feburary 4, 1966 to Mrs. Carlene G. Brown and the late Mr. Emory Brown. He departed this life November 24, 2019.
Roderick accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at a very young age. He attended Terry Mill Elementary School and was a graduate of Gordon High School in 1984. He was a coach for DYJ and the Grayson Rams in the Youth Football League for over 20 years. Roderick also worked for Penske Truck Leasing for over 20 years and eventually became one of their Union Representatives. He was very well loved and respected!
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mrs. Carlene G. Brown, three children; Rodney D. Brown, Roderick L. Brown Jr., and Shalacia Allen; a brother Timothy D. Brown (Vickie), a sister Latrellis R. Brown(Preston); three nieces Twaneka, Shantria, and Daphane Brown; three nephews Demario Brown, Travon Davis, and Pierre Brown; and a host of other relatives and close friends
