He was renowned for working extensive overtime to provide for his family, ensuring his children, Alethea and Broderick, could pursue higher education.
A deeply spiritual man, Noel was a devoted member of the Pentecostal Church of Christ in Cleveland, OH, where he worshipped with great passion and commitment. His faith was a cornerstone of his life, guiding his actions, service to community which brought him joy. After years of dedicated public service, Noel retired to Conyers, Georgia, where he embraced a life of well-deserved relaxation. He remained passionate about Ohio State and Cleveland Browns football and found great pleasure in playing dominoes with friends. Noel took immense pride in his children's achievements, both of whom graduated from college. His life was a testament to the power of hard work, sacrifice, and unwavering love for family. He is survived by his wife Beulah, his children Alethea and Broderick, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, resilience, and joy.
