Matthew Keith Williams' Obituary
A TIME TO BE BORN:
Matthew Keith Williams, better known as "KEITH" was born on September 7, 1960 in Griffin, Georgia to Matthew Williams and Ellen Jefferies. He is the second oldest of five siblings.
A TIME TO LIVE:
Matthew was a 1978 graduate of Griffin High School. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy serving from 1979 - 1985. Growing up he was a member of Corinth Baptist Church. August 2, 2007, Matthew married Gloria Lee. Later, they became members of Voices of Faith, Conyers, GA. He was employed by Michelin of North America from 2004 - until his departure. He loved to read. His siblings call him a "book worm". Matthew was much involved with his grandsons Julian and Jonathan's school activities, both academic and sports. Matthew loved to cook and was in competition with some of his friends.
A TIME TO LEAVE:
On Saturday, April 3, 2021, he quietly closed his eyes into a peaceful slumber. Keith passed away at his residence.

A TIME TO MOURN:
His grandparents, Ethel Bell Copeland (maternal grandmother), Benjamin and Annie Dommenenok (paternal grandfather and grandmother) preceded him in death. Left to Cherish his loving memories are his devoted wife, Gloria; his loving mother, Ellen Jeffries, Griffin, GA; stepsons, Ronald (Trina), Atlanta, GA and Torre' Smith, (JaShai), Covington, GA; grandchildren, Dontavious, Tristen, Trinity, Jonathan and Julian; great grandson, Byrce; three brothers, Timothy Carlton, (Griffin), Marcus Williams (April), and Kelly Williams, (Sandra), North Carolina; three sisters, Catherine (Lorenzo) Lyons, Griffin, GA, SyRita (Bruce) Williams, Griffin, GA and Stephanie (Milton) Tyler, Griffin, GA; Noel Brown, Memphis, TN; host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
