Mary McCollum's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mary McCollum. Ms. McCollum passed on Thursday, September 22, 2022, in Walton County.
Ms. Mary Marie McCollum was born December 26, 1950, in Conyers, Ga. The daughter
of the late Quennie Hester Phillips and Evens Norwood. She was employed with
Hawthorne Suites in Conyers, Ga.
She was a graduate of J. P. Carr School in Conyers, Ga. She joined Millers Chapel Baptist Church at
an early age.
She was the baby of four; two proceeded her in death, Robert McCollum and Lee Junior
McCollum.
Mary McCollum is survived by her two loving sons, Demetrius McCollum and Gagiano
McCollum; grandchildren, Demetrius Chambers, Dekilya Chambers, Kenny McIntosh,
Matthew Tueta and Kierra Tate; One brother, Johnny (Kathy) McCollum; three aunts,
three uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and
friends.
