Mamie Lou Sidwell's Obituary
Mamie Lou Sidwell, age 99 born in Monticello, Georgia, on February 15, 2020. To the late John and Nancy Johnson.
Mamie was a Strong, but peaceful loving person.
She is a long term member at Macedonia Baptist Church, were she served many positions within the church, she has done many faithful work service as well as a volunteer work within Rockdale County.
Mamie married the late Lester Carter Sidwell and to this union six beautiful children was born, five sons, and one daughter. Mrs Fannie Vaughn(Sidwell), Willie Carter Sidwell, Ralph L. Sidwell, the late Richard Sidwell, Howard Sidwell, and Berry Sidwell. She has been blessed and we as well to be so lucky, she gave us all nicknames that she loved so much.
She has a host of loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, that she loved so dearly as well. Mamie Sidwell has lived a meaningful life and we all are very grateful to have her in our lives.
