Loraine Patricia Dixon's Obituary
Loraine Patricia "Dimples" Dixon was born September 23, 1965, to Iram and Lorna Newman in Spaldings, Manchester, Jamaica W.I.
She graduated from Holmwood Technical High School in Manchester in 1977. She later pursued a Diploma in Business Administration in 1982 at Caledonia College in Mandeville, Jamaica.
Using her well-earned degree, Loraine worked as a supervisor at Super Plus Food Store franchise in Christiana, Manchester, Jamaica W.I. for many years. Loraine migrated to the United States for an enhanced future. She began her work journey in the United States as a private home health aide for numerous years. Loraine, a woman with many skills and abilities, also worked alongside her spouse in the family construction business until her demise.
Everyone adored her because of her kind and calm demeanor. She always had a smile on her face with her deep 'dimples' that pierced her cheeks, and never complained, no matter what. She was always the peacemaker in every situation.
Loraine took the final step of her journey on December 22, 2022. She was proceeded in death by her loving sister Janice. Loraine's memories will be cherished by Spouse: Roy Dixon, Children: Seadia Dixon-Edwards (Khasheafe Edwards), Ashley Dixon, Stepchildren: Yashika Dixon, Roy Dixon, Jr., Chad-Roye Dixon, Parents: Iram and Lorna Newman, Sisters: Currine Mullings and Andrea Stapleton (Ian Stapleton), Aunts, Uncles, and a host of so many Friends and Relatives.
