Linda Goolsby Bigby's Obituary
Linda Goolsby Bigby was born June 25, 1951 to Ms. Jean Porter and the late James Goolsby, in Atlanta, Ga.
Linda attended Hamilton High School, she graduated with the class of 1969 in Scottdale, Georgia
Linda accepted Christ at an early age, being baptized at Bethlehem Healing Temple, Linda later joined Christian Growth Cathedral under the leadership of Apostle David Kenney, Linda was a faithful member until her health begin to decline.
Linda was employed with Lithonia Lighting Company for many years.
Linda enjoyed cooking, bowling, family gatherings and internet shopping.
On October 26, 2018, Linda was called home to be with the Lord.
Linda is preceded in death by her father Mr. James Goolsby, brother Willie C. Goolsby(Boy), grandparents Mr. Henry Porter, Mrs. Mozell Porter, Mr. James Goolsby, and Mrs. Lucille Goolsby.
Linda leaves to cherish her loving memories her Devoted husband Mr. Da Bigby, son Tytrilocus (Sikeya) Gardner, Mother Ms. Jean Porters, Sister Ms. Angela Porter, Grand- children Shantrez (josh) Kirkland, Amber Woods, Ty-Ty (Whitney) Gardner, Courtney Gardner, Great Grand Children Korion and August Kirkland, Aroura Woods and Charlie Gardner, four Aunts Ms, Dorothy Porter, Ms. Lovely Watkins, Minister Louise Mosley, Ms. Mattie Heard, one uncle Mr. Bobby Porter, Sister and Brother in laws Karen Dallas-Goolsby, Addie Elliott, Gussie (O.J) Wise, Margie Darty, Mr. Richard Reed, Mr. Johnny Jones, Mr. William Gibson, special lifelong friends Yvonne Brantley, Louise Cooper, Patricia Hatton, Chris and Veronica Scofield and Janita Hightower. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousin and extended family and friends
