Kenneth Moses Bell aka Skinny was born in Mount Vernon New York on December 18, 1968 to Henry and Mae Bell (Johnson) He graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 1986 and then attended SUNY Stony Brook in Long Island NY Kenneth was employed by M3 where he was a Customer Service Rep in Lawrenceville GA. He is predeceased by his grandparents Moses & Julia Mae Bell and Annie Dell Harrington. Leaving to cherish his memory are his parents Henry and Mae Bell, his former wife Felicia Bell and their children Alicia Bell & William Bell, his second mom Aunt Julia, sister Angela Bell-Peterson (Husband-Carl) nieces Melissa Bell, Karlisha Peterson, nephew CJ Peterson, great nieces and nephews Makinzy Young his "anime partner", Drew Peterson , Deion Peterson, great nephew Brayden Bell his "navigator", and sister Sandra Brinson Taylor (Husband-Ralph) and Family as well as loving aunts ,uncles cousins and friends.
