Kelvin Lee Riggins was the son of Lizzie Waters and Calvin Lee Riggins. He grew up with 3 sisters Elizabeth Riggins, Santana Riggins, Deanna Riggins and Sabrina Riggins also a brother Calvin Riggins. He was born October 7, 1989 in Conyers, Georgia. He attended Pine Street Elementary, Conyers Middle School, and Rockdale County High School. He had hobbies that he loved which was football, he really loved his music, and he liked fixing on things.
He grew up into a father and loved his children. Kelvin Keshoun Riggins (4), Nyomi Imani Wilson (2), and Ari'Ann Elyse Wheeler (1) all the kids are growing up with his spirit, they all have a part of him in every way. The smile that you brought to everyone was a peace of joy. The heart that you had was bigger than big. You will give your last or make a way to give even when you didn't have. The love that you put out for everyone was in a different touch of love. The laugher that we all have shared with you was an amazing touch of life from you. When you give love its real love and when you gave love its respected love. As Kelvin would say "Let all that you do be done in LOVE".
