Ms. Katherine "Kat" Smith was born on July 12, 1967 in Rockdale County to Roger Norman and the late Virginia (Smith) Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Son and Daughter; Virginia (Jimmie) Jackson, JohnDarius Smith and Quaneisha Penn.
Katherine lived in the Rockdale - Newton County area all her life. She attended school in the Rockdale - Newton County area. She worked in the field of hospitality for over 25 years while dedicating 7 plus years of service to the Super 8 Hotel in Covington, GA and truly enjoyed what she did. She enjoyed being around family and having fun, being the total life of the party and lived her life to the fullest.
On September 28, 2019, God saw fit to call one of his angels home. She is now free and at peace with her Lord and Savior.
