Julie Elizabeth McDowell's Obituary
Julie Elizabeth McDowell was born August 10, 1978.
Julie is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Constance McDowell, and her parents, Luther and Charlotte McDowell.
Julie was a graduate of Clayton State College where she earned a degree in nursing.
Julie passed away at her home on Pleasant Hill Road on Friday September 10. She is survived by two children, daughter Leyla Elizabeth McDowell and son Chance Stephen McMillan. Julie's memory will be held dear to many aunts, uncles, and cousins who were ever faithful to her through her all too short life.
Julie's ashes will be interred privately at East View Cemetery.
A memorial service will be held at the gravesite on Saturday October 2, 2021 at 10:30am with Rev. Dr. Billy Moss officiating.
