Johnny Robert Gaither's Obituary
Johnny was born February 11, 1950 in Covington, Ga to the late Willie Lee and Bertha Gaither. Johnny was preceded in death by one sister Mrs.Beulah Smith and one brother Mr. Willie Orlandis Gaither. Johnny joined Rock Creek Church at an early age. At the time of his death he was an active memeber of Heal divine Tabernacle where he was ordained as a deacon just a few months ago on August 21, 2016. Johnny worked at Solo Cup many years before becoming disable. Johnny and Mary Dean were together many many years before uniting in Holy matrimony on February 17, 1994. Johnny loved fishing, camping, and listening to gospel and old music. He was a master on the BBQ grill. But most of all he loved being a Cowboy. Johnny leaves to cherish his memory a devoted wife Mary Dean Gaither, one sister Geradine (Ray) Moore, one brother Mr & Mrs. Chester Gaither. Nine Children Stevon ( Dinah), Shaketa, johnny III, Priscilla ( Renwick), Barry, Timothy, Cedric ( Teresa), Demetrius, Shawanda ( Darren). Eighteen grandchildren with Takanye being his right hand man. Six great- grandchildren with Lolo being the apple of his eye. Johnny also leave to cherish 2 brother-in-laws and 2 sister-in-laws and a host of nieces and nephews and cousins.
