Huelett Eugene Roberts' Obituary
Huelett Eugene "Gene" Roberts was born April 5, 1966. He was the son of the late Mr. Willie Wimbush and Mrs. Elaine Wimbush. Gene attended East Lake Elementary, Coan Middle School, Murphy High School and graduated from Rich's Academy, after graduation Gene became a mechanic at Joe's Machine Shop. Gene became a member of Mount Gilead Baptist Church at a young age where he was baptized by the late Rev. Edward Hall. Gene was a fan of cars, car racing, fishing, traveling and grilling. Gene was called home August 17, 2017 at Atlanta Medical Center. He leaves to cherish and celebrate his life: a son Sidney Roberts; a daughter, Paradise Roberts; a grandson, Master Milo Roberts; three sisters, Ms. Salathia Kimble, Mrs. Phadra (Gregory) Zachery, and Ms. Celeste Berry; two nieces, Fajita Roberts and Crystal Jones; two nephews Willie Jones Jr. and Christopher Jones; one great nephew, Jordan Cash; best friend, Mr. Ray Perkins; a special cousin, Mrs. Angela Hargrove; and a host of other family and friends
