Felicia Pouncil's Obituary
Felicia H. Pouncil was born April 17, 1944 in Woodville, Mississippi to the union of Lee and Lilly Harris who both preceded her in death. Felicia was a twin and one of five siblings. Felicia graduated from Piney Woods Country Life School in Piney Woods, MS. She later went on to technical school where she achieved her CNA license. She later met her loving husband, Floyd Pouncil, which they were married for 39 years before his passing in 2011. They had two children together along with 4 step-children. While living in Flint, MI, she was a member of St. Mark Baptist Church while being on the nurses' gill for over 20 years. Felicia worked at several local hospitals as an CNA including St. Joseph Hospital and Hurley Medical Center in Flint, MI. Several years later, Felicia and Floyd decided to move to Covington, Georgia. She attended Community Fellowship Baptist Church as a member up until her passing. Felicia leaves to cherish her memories; her children Darnell Pouncil (Tamira), daughter Felicia S. Pouncil, Ronnie Pouncil (Sylvia), Floyd Pouncil Jr., and Shellie Roach (Alfredo), along with 12 loving grandchildren that she adored, and sister- in law Leola Harris. Special nieces; Debra Harris, Annette Green, Sandra Harris, Renee Harris, Tamiko Green, and Starletta Rett - Henry along with special nephews Cedric Haynes and James Green. Let us not forget her best friend Queen Wagner. Felicia is preceded in death by her loving husband, Floyd Pouncil; sisters, Addie Davis, Mandy Green, and Patricia H. Haynes; brother Isaiah Harris; son William Harris.
