I love you and miss you so much
Mama Effie will truly be missed. I've sung alongside her in the BRBC Choir for many years. Often when I would be terrified at singing lead to songs, she would encourage me, saying "you can do it. The Lord will help you and there's no need to be scared." Those that know me know that I'm still scared/nervous when leading, BUT God always helps me through! I'll continue to hear her encouraging words that she uttered as I would be singing ("Sang Alice")....I can hear her now as I both shed tears and smiles at the wonderful person Mama Effie was. I would always joke with her and say what we gone do with Wanda and she'd say I don't know. LOL. Continued prayers to Wanda Bug and Buffie, the family, and our BRBC family. May the Lord comfort and guide you through the coming days, months, and years and give you peace that surpasses all understanding. For we know, that Mama Effie is singing in that heavenly choir! Love you all family!
