Ms. Debora Gay Hamm Clark was born to the late Mr. Louis Hamm and Mrs Sarah Frances Zanders Hamm on July 31, 1957 in Conyers, Georgia. She was educated through the Rockdale County School System and attended the Clark Atlanta Upward Bound Student Summer Program. She graduated from Rockdale County High School. At an early age, she joined Old Pleasant Baptist Church and also attended White's Chapel Methodist Church through the years. Debora worked for Marshall's Distribution Center for over 22 years and truly loved her job, she was always a devoted and hard worker.
On April 27, 2020, in the morning hours, God plucked this beautiful flower from his garden. One baby girl preceded her in death, Olympia. She leaves to cherish many heartfelt memories: her devoted son, Mr. Jerome Tomarel Fears, and her devoted daughter, Ms. Desiree Francine Clark; two grandchildren, Hezekiah Abraham Clark and Quenton Norrel Jones, Jr.; two sister, Ms. Sandra Goodwin and Ms. Shirley Hamm; one brother, Mr. Gerald Hamm; one aunt, Mrs. Mae Lou Hartsfield (Samuel); one great aunt, Mrs. Allean Hamm; two uncles, Mr. Waymon Zanders, and Mr. and Mrs. Willie Zanders (Charlotte); three nephews, Nakia Davis, Nakeem Forte and Tevin Hamm; one great niece, Nicole; three great nephews, Jamel, Jalen, and Jayden; devoted friends, Mr Jerome Levett, Ms. Gail Freeman and Ms. Stella Fearrington, and a host of other relatives and friends.
