Daron was such a great man! He was the most dedicated employee I knew in my 13 years with DiversiTech. He was larger than life and such a kind and gentle soul! He is in Heaven where Andy Lipman was there waiting to welcome him home! He will truly be missed!
I got to know Daron at Diversitech 10 years ago! I always enjoyed talking to him about Christ and his faith! He always had something good and positive to say and never complained about anything even when he was sick! He was a dear friend and will be greatly missed!!

I worked with Daron for over 9 years at Diversitech. He was very thorough everyday in every aspect of his job and cared deeply about coworkers including everyone's safety. He tried to make everyone feel welcomed and shared his knowledge to help coworkers with their jobs and was opinionated about everything which drove some people crazy.
He shared many stories and tales about his 30 plus years at Diversitech. There was a lot of laughter and always felt like he had my back if a situation should arise.
He is already missed.

I would like to extend my sincere condolences to the family of Daron Crowder. I work with Daron for over 8 years at Diversitech.
Over those 8 years I learned that Daron was a family man who care whole heartedly for his mom and family. A hard working man that was dedicated to his job. But most of all a man of God. Every morning he would always greet you with a smile and his kinds words "Gracious Greeting". Daron was the type of person that would tell you like it is. If it came up it came out!! He didn't bite his tongue for nothing. He had to true passion for job, every task was done by the book. If you wanted it done right, give it to Daron. He never let his condition stopped him from getting his work done. He would always say, " I may be a little bit slower but I will get it done".
I'm going to miss the friendship that we had developed over the years. He has left nothing but great memories around Diversitech. It's a true void that can never be filled. Take your rest until we meet again.
