DARIN LEONARD QUATTLEBAUM's Obituary
It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Darin Leonard Quattlebaum.
Darin L. Quattlebaum was born in Brooklyn Jewish Hospital in Brooklyn, New York on December 15, 1964, to Ruth Quattlebaum and (deceased) Robert L. Quattlebaum. Although Darin was born with challenges, he was the only swimmer in the family. He expressed his love by his special way of embracing. Darin also enjoyed dancing.
Over the years Darin developed many friends at his living facility. He became very good friends with Peggy. Darin would hold her hand and act as her caretaker. Also, he had developed a special relationship with his care takers.
Darin is survived by his beloved mother, Ruth Quattlebaum, his siblings Anthony Quattlebaum (Brenda Quattlebaum), Sevena R. Quattlebaum and Tracy E. Quattlebaum and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Darin was preceded by his father, Robert L. Quattlebaum, sister Charlene D. Quattlebaum, brother Reginald Quattlebaum and step-sister Diane Kelly.Darin's passing is a significant loss to all who knew him. His memory will be deeply cherished and will live on eternally.
