Brenda Michelle Cospy's Obituary
Brenda Michelle Cospy passed away Thursday, April 8, 2021 in Snellville, GA. Brenda was born June 6, 1972, in Conyers, GA to Felton Dwight and the late Mary Nell Frazier Sanders.
Brenda exhibited maternal and nurturing characteristics and possessed an old spirit even as a child. She would later become a mother, a leader and a messenger of God. Brenda attended Newton and Rockdale County Public Schools and enjoyed various hobbies and was so good at them that it would cause her to stand out in a crowd.
Brenda was mother to four children: Brittany, Bridgette, Byron and Brendicia. She married Skippy Cospy in 1992 and they remained together for 29 years. She is grandmother to 14 children. A homemaker who loved cooking, baking, helping people, teaching, organizing programs, and spending time with her grandkids, many know her to always have a clean house, be a giver, have a robust sense of humor, be compassionate, be strict yet caring, but loved children and serving God's people.
Brenda, later to become known as Apostle Brenda Cospy, attended, gave her life to the Lord in 1996 and served under the leadership of Elder William Doyle at William Memorial AOH Church (now Zerubbabel's Temple) in Covington, GA. Wanting to do more to serve God's people, she was ordained as an evangelist in November, 2000 and established a ministry titled Revival Mission Outreach Ministries in January, 2008, where she planned various programs, held Bible Studies and often partnered with other ministries to perform outreach activities. In 2017, Brenda received the Ordination of Apostleship and opened a physical church in Social Circle, GA under the same name, Revival Mission Outreach Ministries, where she continued to serve God and lead others to salvation while being a full-time pastor and leader. God added to the church as He saw fit. She is known as a spiritual mother to many.
