Annette Levorn Forte's Obituary
Annette Lavorn Forte was born to the late Mr. and Mrs. Owen (Mary) Clark on April 20 ,1956 in Meriwether County, Ga. She was educated in the Meriwether and Fulton County School systems. At an early age she gave her life to Christ and became a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Grantville, Georgia. Annette was united in matrimony to the late Ulysess Forte Jr on April 20, 1997. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. On July 6, 2025, God picked one of his most beautiful flowers from his garden and ushered her to her heavenly home. Seven siblings preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her children Antowin Clark, LaChanda Clark, Lumekia Carr, Melvin Carr ( April), Lanthony Carr, Matrone Carr (Serrita), LaShannon Carr; 30 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; her sisters and brothers, Cora Lee Salter, Jerry Clark ( Theresa), Arnold Clark, Thelma Jackson, Ola Dix ( Ben); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
