The sympathy bouquet I ordered was beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Ordering was very easy and I received a phone call when a minor substitution was needed. The customer service representative was very kind and courteous, and wanted to be sure the order was to my specifications. The flowers were delivered on time as promised. I highly recommend!!!

Luckily, a picture was sent to me of the arrangement I ordered. While it was not exact nor did they use the same amount or colors of flowers, it was close to the photo of what I ordered unlike other sites where I order something and it is nothing like what I ordered. So, while it was not exact, I am happy with the arrangement. Especially when it comes to a funeral, you want it to be nice and in this case, it was. Thank you to the florist that arranged it and got it there on time!
