| Services for Funeral Director and Staff |

Our charge includes, but is not limited to: consultation with the family or responsible party, arrangements and direction desired, procurement, preparation and filing of notices, authorizations and consents, care and custody of remains, filing of death certificate and permits, general record keeping and administration, and any other general operation and supervision of minimum activities.
A fee for services will be added to the total cost of arrangements selected. Such fees are already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and forwarding and receiving of remains.
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with a viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

These charges include removal of remains to funeral home, necessary services
of staff, recording vital statistics, securing permits and authorizations,
filing and obtaining death certificates, transportation in utility vehicle to
crematory, but not the cremation charges. This charge does not include
visitation, rites, ceremonies or services. If you want to arrange a direct
cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers
encase the body and can be made of materials (with or without an outside
covering). The containers we provide are specific containers.
